• Advance bookings. A deposit of £40.00 per week is required. For all holidays of 7 days and less, a payment for the full amount is required at time of booking. We accept debit cards and cheques. No monies are returnable should the booking be cancelled or altered. We would suggest that our customers ensure that they have the appropriate insurance to cover the cost of their holiday should they need to cancel.
• Your pitch is available for you from 12.00 noon. Please do not arrive before this time as there is limited parking.
• Please advise us if you will be arriving after 5.00pm. Very latest check in 8.00pm. Earliest departure from the site 7.30am.
• Park rules, which are displayed in reception, must be adhered to. We will ask anyone who does not comply to vacate his or her pitch immediately. No refund will be given.

• Your daytime visitors who wish to stay for more than two hours will be charged at £1.50 per person.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who we consider to be unsuitable for this park. This park is for persons aged 18 and over.
• Dogs are welcome provided that they are on a lead and under control at all times. Dogs must not be exercised on site; there is a short dog walk opposite the park and several walks in the area.
• LIABILITY. All cars, caravans, vehicles of all descriptions and their contents, are permitted to enter the park at their owner’s risk. The proprietors of Woodville Park accept no responsibility for theft, damage or injury, however caused.
